We had a productive evening yesterday. Rob Stephenson from the Rusty Squid team, Dale and I were working on a 3d print in high resolution. 
Here is the first test print of one leg still with the support material on. The next prints came out better.
  

Thanks to Rob who is brilliant in explaining complex stuff, I also got a step further with my stepper motor.
